The service is incredible, you have to go according to the hotel and to be treated luxuriously…you must be at the height, this is the place! The food at the French Restaurant, Bistrô, is delicious, exquisite! The facilities are incredible, all wide corridors with a very balanced ambient light. The rooms are very spacious and the beds and sheets are delicious. It is far away from Cancun, it is a totally new area to disconnect if that is what you are looking for…. The beach is very good, the water is more or less clean, there is not too much sargassum, you can swim, but you should not go too far in because it is open sea and dangerous, at most 4 or 5 meters from the shore. | |

We had a deluxe room with ocean view, terrace with jacuzzi, chaise lounge and living room, you can’t ask for more. The food is delicious but I must say that only at dinner is when there is more variety to choose where to eat, at breakfast and lunch there are only two restaurants available for regular guests, the beach area is very large and always kept free of sargassum. As for the attitude and service of the employees, some were very friendly and others were a little serious. Its weak point are the pools, they are very small and very central to the resort, they have no ocean view at all, as they are a bit far away, I would definitely improve this aspect. The attention of the staff was very attentive, highlighting our Consierge Enrique who took care of us and treated us every day. Also to Román from the adult pool bar for his pleasant attention and delicious drinks. Finally, thank you to Danae and Yuly, hostesses of the restaurants and buffet, who treated us with great kindness on every occasion. As constructive criticism, they should enlarge the adult pool since they have a lot of wasted space in front of it. There are several very nice swimming pools around each building, but the main one where the activities take place and where the largest number of people stay is very small. And my other criticism is that there were still smokers and the places designated for smoking (2) were at each end of the hotel, it seemed like the courtyard of the punished, some neglected benches without a shade to enjoy our vice. I suggest putting something a little more cozy and umbrellas in these places. | |

The entire staff, from the front desk to the landscapers I was meet with a warm smile and greeting. Special thanks to hostess Marisol, she made it a point to see to it I was up on the day/night’s events. Dave, the waiter guided me on the foods to try. I was so pleased with my time there I returned this December and made to feel at home. |
